Patricia (non-acoustic)
I set the intro riff as my ringtone, so I just had to tab it:
e|-------4-5^-4---------------------------------0-| B|-8-7-6---4^---7-5---------------------------0---| G|-9-7-6---4^-------6/8--------6-6--4-6-7---9-----| D|----------------------9\-----7-7--6-7-9--11-----| A|------------------------------------------------| E|------------------------------------------------| e|-------4-5^-4---------------------------------0---0---0---0-| B|-8-7-6---4^---7-5------------------2---2--------------------| G|-9-7-6---4^-------6/8----------2-----4----4/6---6---5---4---| D|----------------------9\----/4---4--------------------------| A|------------------------------------------------------------| E|------------------------------------------------------------|
does that sound correct?

heh. I played the last part of the tab and it didn't sound right. so I listened to the song again and tabbed that part out. I was confused because it came out exactly like you wrote, but I thought you had tabbed it wrong. it turns out I was playing your corrections incorrectly.

Okay, I just have to comment on this. There's no way Manabe is bending that 5-4-4 chord or whatever - I'm pretty sure he isn't pulling a Stevie Ray Vaughn on us. I always play the 5th fret on the first string by strumming down, hitting the muted strings behind it first.

hahah
i didn't even know that ^ was a bend, i just copied what overburn said.
and i recently noted that actually manabe plays:
e|-------4-5^-4---------------------------------0-| B|-7-7-6---4^---7-5---------------------------0---| G|-9-7-6---4^-------6/8---------------------------| D|----------------------9\-----7-7--6-7-9--11-----| A|-----------------------------9-9--7-9-11-12-----| E|------------------------------------------------|
err, actually that ^ isn't a bend, it's a "rake" or whatever you call it.

what I mean by rake is that you pull the pick across the strings slower than normal. I don't know what the correct term for it is.

Ah, I understand. I mute the other strings and only let the first one ring.
