I'm pretty sure my guitar is in tune. I messed around for about three minutes, and got a little bit of it. The rhythm guitar seems to be playing C, Em, and a third chord that I can't hear that well (still working on that - I suck at figuring stuff out by ear). The little lead line goes something like this:

A|-3-3-3/5-5/7-2-2-2-2/8-8-8-8-8-8-7-8-7-8-7-|

EDIT: It might be C-Em-F.

Your's is close for the lead but dosen't he pauses after the 5/7 part?
