Tenshi Mitai ni Kimi wa Tatteta would probably be good. New Years Eve would almost work, but the lead is pretty electric-dependent, and the song is pretty lead-dependent.

how about good dreams? or maybe sono mirai wa ima. new year's eve is a good song, but i don't think it'd make as good of an acoustic.
