Post If you could do a "Best Of" set...
Hello, Busters! First post, but I've been lurking for some time. I've been a Pillows fan for quite awhile now, but I've only recently looked into the fan-base. So many different opinions of the albums and songs! I've never known which albums are "popular" or whatever among the other Busters out there other than myself, so it's been very interesting to see what others think. I must say, I dunno if my opinions will be terribly popular around here. I really dig some albums and songs that seem to be looked on poorly. I'm also still a Pillows fan, which seems to be out of style as well ; )

Anyways, I've made my own personal 10-disc Pillows "Best Of" collection and I'm curious what other fans would think of it and how yours would look. I've done it chronologically (for the most part) and tried to make the best running order so that each comes together as a good album and not just a collection of songs. Here ya go:

Seriously, that's like 60% of their discography. And an extra CD full of almost nothing but FLCL versions seems like a waste...

edit: Also having most of Runner's High without Let's See if That's True or Not... we have a problem.

Well, I should have said "Box set" instead of "Best of". But it's not loo long. There are bands who weren't around as long as the Pillows have been and they have bigger sets.
...or maybe you just don't like that many Pillows songs?

Didn't they already do a box set of all their singles? I want that.

I'd much rather see a box set of all their releases, than a "Best of" collection.

I interpret "box set" to be "the entire discog." You have selected MOST of the discog, except a good amount of certain tracks based on their perceived mediocrity. Nowhere near a best of!

If you wanted to do a true best of for the pillows, it should be a double-album, like AMAP. This is just far too huge. In my opinion. :)

While I think it no way constitutes a best of, I agree that most of their discography would be considered the best....
