I've been curious which old songs were written by Kenji Ueda as opposed to the ones Sawao wrote. Is there any way to find out, or is it already known? Also, which do you prefer, if any?

Most of the songs I don't care for from the very early albums ended up being the ones Kenji wrote. I don't dislike any of them in particular but I don't make an effort to listen to them either. It's sort of... eh.. if they come up on shuffle.. i'll listen to it.

Kenji left, Sawao stayed. Sawao made better songs down the road. Kenji... well have you heard any of his solo stuff? .... Kind of drawing a blank. :|

Slow ballad songs = Kenji

That's all fine and dandy but does anyone have any actual evidence? IIRC the booklets that came with the CDs gave credit to the band.
