as of now it's just speculation because they haven't announced anything. Their tour in Japan ends sometime in March, so we can assume that If they do come to America it will be after March.
They usually do bi-yearly tours, and their last visit was in 2007, meaning that they are overdue for another visit. I wouldn't be surprised if they showed up sometime in 2010.
