noodles is coming back in April to play San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Tickets are already on sale for the Silverlake Lounge in Los Angeles on Saturday, April 4. http://www.inticketing.com/evinfo.php?eventid=32954 It will be an early show: Doors @ 5 pm. noodles will be playing with The Outline, who opened the Delicious Bump in USA show at the El Rey Theatre last year. The Silverlake Lounge only holds 176 people, and it is a chance to meet Yoko, Ikuno, and Ayumi (and Chie) before and after their set. |

I don't understand why anyone would want to see noodles live even once. I've seen Delicious Bump Tour and I've seen Delicious Bump Show, and MAN, their stage performance sucks. Most of the time it sounds like Yoko is just breathing loudly into the mic and the girls (minus the drummer) just stand around. It looks fucking boring. But to each his/her own I guess. |

Yeah, I've listened to a lot of Noodles, kept up with their new stuff...but there's no getting around the fact that their shows are generally pretty boring The songs are played well, but...Ikuno's a zombie, and Yoko just stands there, strumming and singing. "Ok, next song" |

No doubt a good stage show is always welcomed, but it really doesn't matter to me. I go to shows to hear music. Maybe I'm just wierd that way.
