Hey, do you guys remember that bootleg audio of the whole 2006 Whisky-a-gogo LA performance? In it, Sawao made that joke about it being so hot that "MAYBE I WILL DIE SOON". (lol) Then he says "next song is newest song... My Foot". I think it would sound cool if that joke intro would lead into the live My Foot from the Wake Up! DVD. I really like the hand clapping participation from the crowd in the beginning and all of the crowd cheers and Sawao's Yeahs throughout. How do you guys rip audio from a DVD, though? I know about Audacity because I remember when GR made that "My United States of the pillows" mash, though I don't have it/don't know how to use it. I think what I'm mainly asking is if it's feasible and if anyone would be interested in doing so, because I'm not so sure if I have the means. ALSO, I recently found a bunch of strange files on my HD with what sounds like each of the pillows members singing non-pillows songs, I think some of them said "Sawao Yamanaka - Mister Popcorn", "Shinichiro Sato - (I can't remember the song title, but it sounded like him lol)", but the catch was that all of the files had a shit-ton of ambient noises, like crowds walking around and such. I was wondering if anyone knew anything about these strange "lives" that I have no clue who I downloaded from a long time ago. |

If no one volunteers I'll upload it. -edit- As for the other files they're from a show they did back in the Penalty Life Tour. The members covered songs from other artists, it shouldn't be too hard to figure out by who. Manabe did a cover of Yumi Matsutoya's 'yasashisa ni tsutsumareta nara', and his voice sounds a lot like it does in Nine Miles.  They're only novelties kinda like the pillows' Moto cover of Sugartime, Beck's Sexx laws, or Buggles' Video Killed the Radio Star. |

i remember those files around soulseek. someone might still have them, except you. and i once downloaded but ended deleting them because of those damn crowd noises. and yeah, there were all them singing. i think jun and manabe too. but as i don't know many japanese bands, i just ignored. |

Yeah the songs with Jun, Shin, and Manabe singing have been floating around slsk for a very good while. |
