No and yes.
No, it doesn't ship internationally;
but yes, you can get stuff from them.
Sign up for rinkya and use the rinkya stores function to have them place your order. You end up paying an extra 15 bucks or something for your order. If you feel it's worth it, go for it, there are several of us (myself included) that have done this and are pleased with the results.
If you need specific help, PM, email, or AIM me and I'll try to walk you through it if necessary.
