I like White Incarnation a lot better too. Paper Moon, Sariban ni Naritai, Tonight
Moon Gold was their major label debut album and while it has some really good songs, I think they were trying to be something they were not. It just doesn't feel right to me.

Tonight is simply the best jazzy song by the pillows.

I'll say it again; Moon Gold is their best pre-Living Field album. CONTROVERSY - GO!

I like Moon Gold a lot, but some of the tracks are a bit weaker. However, Kimi ga Iru, Ame ni Utaeba, Dear, my "first" step, Sayounara Tansai Wakusei... good stuff.

I like a lot of the pre Living Field stuff, but I just don't enjoy Moon Gold. There are some good tracks on it, but....eh

Moon Gold rewardeth the patient listener. I didn't like it at first, either, give it some more time.

And after that amount of time, if you still don't enjoy it, your opinion's just as valid.
