Wow. I would kill to go to one of the shows on this tour.

If they don't record a DVD on this tour, that would be a crime.

Lol Mister Buster (It is a nice shirt, though >.> ).

Even more exposure for lo Pillows, now... Mr. Children's like one of the best selling bands in Japan.

Very cool. So it's a coheadlining tour. I wonder who'll be their opening acts.

Yeah Mr.Children has some pretty good songs. Some are too soft and "poppy" for me though. I like their 1996-2000 greatest hits album.

On an unrelated note, isn't that the lady that works in the school store on GTO: Live Action? I remember seeing episode one of that a while back. I also saw the whole anime series and it kicked ass.

Mr. Children are to the pillows as the Offspirng are to Bad Religion. Both have talent; but the lesser of the two gains more popularity. Hopefully this'll change when they tour together.

Yeah. I still haven't seen it though. :dizzy:

Their bassist isn't good, and the lead singers voice is really "boy-bandish". Some good songs are "HERO" and "Kurumi" from their 2001 (?) album Shifuku no Oto. I wouldn't mind listening to some of their debut stuff to see how they evolved.

I have a couple of their songs from their earlier years if you want me to upload them. I have Distance (1992), LOVE (1993), DANCE DANCE DANCE (1994), and DERUMO (1997). The other songs I have are from this century.

Maybe the reason I like them right now is because all I have heard are their mid 90s singles and their cover of Strange Chameleon. I have no idea what their "new" sound is like...

Some good songs are Kurumi (as stated above) , Namonaki Uta, and Hana -Memento-Mori-

from what I have seen, I don't like their "image" but unfortunately that probably helped contribute to their messed up proportions (lack of skill and originality but EXTREMELY popular) - good thing the pillows will get some (hopefully) positive exposure on this tour.
