Yup.
I'm so psyched I got all the Pillows to sign my guitar.
I saw you when you asked Manabe what his favorite Nine Miles album was, and when you were talking to Sawao.

The guy with the guitar was hilarious. Playing Britney Spears, Pokemon, fresh Prince, some cosplay shit. It was funny

Yeah, I saw that guy too. He was weird... He also wrote "I love hentai" on his coat.

He told me and my friend that he works at the renaissance fair pushing a huge swing.
Weird would be an understatement.

question: what were the goods like for this show? Were the shirts only the ones we saw online? If so...I am disappointed.

Yes, the same shirts from the webpage. Plus Buster-kun keychains and wristbands. Noodles had stickers and their CMS, Metropolis albums.

Sonofabitch! They came out at 12:30? I was waiting outside until like, 12:20, and my friends were really edging me to leave, and I didn't want to be a dick, so I just left. Oh well, I'll get to wait outside for a while at SF.
That guy playing the acoustic after the show...dear god that was bad. Go figure, if he does work at faire though. I used to work at faire, it's an...interesting crowd.
I know everyone has their thing about FLCL-era pillows music, but pillows is pillows, and I'm glad to have been able to hear them. I was also ecstatic when he yelled Ladybird Girl, though it kind of sucked that probably less than half the crowd had ever even heard it. That was one of the songs I was really looking forward to. I spent a week learning it (and a bunch of other pillows songs) on the piano in preparation for the concert.
And I don't know if/how many people I saw there after the show, but I was the guy with the Iron Maiden "Back in Time 2008" shirt.

I didn't seen many people from here. I talked to Jedi for a few mins. When he left I was about to go look for him, Culen, and wired, but I couldn't find them.
I'm not saying that the pillows' performance was bad. Just that I thought they would start playing more of the older songs or more of the newer ones AT LEAST. Like some people here, when he said something about good music being good whether its old or new, I thought he was going to play something old. But he played Ride on Shooting Star.
Either way, not all the FLCL songs are bad or anything. Like One Life for example. Maybe I just had higher expectations after the show at the Whisky which was REALLY good.

The Third Eye was one of the best.
me too. did sawao drew himself on your guitar?
No, he wrote his name in big letters.
I saw him draw himself on your guitar though.
