19 seconds into Sayonara Universe, the song sounds like the opening to Hybrid Rainbow slowed down a bit. I heard the Kuuchuu REJISUTAA / Xavier resemblence too. I kept expecting the chords to continue progressing, but I keep being disappointed.

I don't think Kuuchuu Rejisuta sounds much like XAVIER. The bass is really the only thing that is very similar.

sayonara UNIBAASU is similar to sayounara daisan wakusei (last song on moon gold). they're both songs of a sad farewell, and both have the same vibe. sayounara daisan wakusei - he's a fossil in the earth that could turn to dust in an instant if the wind blew; sayonara UNIBAASU - he's leaving to become like the light of a star.
love them both.
march of the gods reminds me a bit of paper triangle, but perhaps only in that i love them both intensely.

Agreed. I thought it was odd that it sounded like Last Dinosaur played at on a different key.
Hey, it may be a little off-topic, but anyone wanna do some mashups...? Some of these DO flow nicely into one another. 
If I could figure out how to work in LAYERS in frikkin' Sound Forge, I'd give it a go.
