Meh, I won't be going, pending some money appearing out of nowhere.

I wouldn't have really cared about all the anime people. As long as it's a pillows concert I would enjoy it, regardless of cosplayers screaming "Play that ending song to FLCL!!!"

i'd be able to ignore such fools for a pillows concert.

its the excitment of having a band that is superiour to they, the convention, as well as the otakus, that has them disorganized.

only for the concert. badge-pick up, registration hours, all other stuff are still bits of info lost in their confusing forums.

registration starts at 8:00am for both friday and saturday. then 9am for sunday. to the end of the day, unless ur planning on getting there to register at 8pm...

i'm thinking i'll do all 3 things friday night, the meet 'n greet, the concert, and autographs. going straight from the meet 'n greet to the concert is risking a bad spot (meaning standing behind a tall dude, this has happened to me a lot lately), but it seems like it'd be fun to do all 3 things on friday.

oh. hey, pete the new guy here. huge fan, got to know them very well after FLCL but actually heard a bit of their stuff before that, etc. i like anime to an extent (i just don't see it as different than live-action tv or movies), but i'm not sure if i'll like the rest of the convention or not

geez.. theres plenty opportunity to see the pillows.. and i agree, the schedule gives a risk (also gives pillows little time to prepare prior to the show). it would really have to depend on the number of people there.. hopefully not 2400
im not risking it, however! plenty of time after the second concert for autographs. if i get something signed, i'll post it here..

going to the friday concert would mean skipping the meet 'n greet beforehand, because people will already be lining up and i wouldn't want to have a bad (or no) spot. i'd rather go to the friday concert, but the meet 'n greet sounds cool, and that'd require going to the saturday concert...

as for pictures, you're not allowed to have bags in the concert, and my only camera is a big honkin' digital monstrosity, so that rules me out for picture-taking

don't know the camera policy for the meet 'n greet, though.
