Hot Dog! pre-ordered!
by the by, there were of course cameras at anime central (which yes, I know, was not part of the delicious bump tour, but I am hoping it will be there in some form none the less)

there may of been cameras upstairs at the knitting factory too. And also their manager(i think thats who he was) had a camera on the side of the stage, but i doubt that they'd put that in the DVD, it was probably just for personal use.

I was in the balcony right in front of the stage where their manager was sitting with a DVcam on a tripod the whole time. I'm pretty sure he was running a patch cord from the mixing board into the camera as well, because I saw this strange piece of Sony hardware sitting on the table next to him with wires going into it.

pillows had their own cameras rolling at ACen. =/ one or two guys. one on Manabe's side and the other.. i dont remember. then there was the guy with the digital picture camera. pillows can easily take the video shots that ACen took. It's part of the overlying authority that an artist has over his concert. (errr. that last sentence needs rephrasing, but i hope you see what I mean. ACen told me something like that.. that's why information about the concert was released so late)

There were also some cameras down on the floor as well. Don't know if it was fans trying to bootleg or not.
