@ poke:

I don't get how any of that part was homoerotic. OH GOD HIS HEAD IS KINDA SORTA CLOSE TO A PENIS EVEN THOUGH HE'S WEARING PANTS AND SAWAO IS AIMING AWAY FROM IT. I'M UNCOMFORTABLE NOW.

proximity /=/ intent
haha well when you get that close to another man....well it either means you have a very strong comfortable friendship with him (in which sawao does of course!) or you are implying a homoerotic relationship with them (i cant judge that since i dont know manabe or sawao by name or friendship so i wont rule it out....)

all good though...slight twinge of discomfort but whatever. the song is great. :)

one of my thoughts hearing this was

"just in time for new years."

it does sound like the kind of song you would play on NYE. And the pv kinda looks like a NYE party.

Actually, I was thinking that when I first saw the PV and heard the song. That and the PV reminds me of the Mr. Bean and his new year's party episode. But it really isn't like the PV.

Interestingly, one of the people I know on mixi wrote that her first impression was something between a Beck song and Beehive.

It does open pretty much identically to "Sexx Laws," which the pillows have actually covered. Perhaps an inspiration?

I like how they did the video in 1 continuous camera shot.

also, needs less pop and more rock.

When I heard the drums, though, I was like... AI DON WANA DAIIIIII
PRETTY MUCH.
Correction: intro drums = Paper Triangle.
My first thought was INAZAWA CHAINSAW. Overall, the song reminds me of Xavier and Non fiction.
