i don't know when they added this, but it looks like the present is an 'original pillow cover'.
日頃の感謝の気持ちを込めて、下記3作品の初回盤をお買い上げの上ご応募頂いた方全員に“オリジナル枕カバー”をプレゼントいたします。

Whoaz. An equally crazy idea would be limited edition shoe-soles with "Team The Pillows" and "MY FOOT" printed on them. That'd be sick.

Wait, what? Pillows cover? Like a cover of one of their old songs or a Pillow cover, as in a piece of cloth to cover a pillow?

I don't assume anyone has heard/recieved anything regarding this promotion, I know I haven't. As of right now, I'm just automatically assuming that U.S. residents weren't applicable for it in the first place; people who recieved items from the Terminal Heaven's Rock promotion probably did because there were only like 20 people who actually sent away for it. Where as this time, just from the response of this message board alone, I'm sure the influx of U.S. fans/applicants has increased to a a staggering amount; too much for them to care to deal with at all, so they just won't respond to it. This idea is further exemplified with people's reports about not recieveing any feedback when they try to order from the Busters Shop.
I think the band and their management really need to confront their international fanbase more clearly and regularly than they have been now. They obviouslly took a step in showing their interest in reaching these new fans with the Delicious Bump tour, and the mediocre attempt at an English version website... but yeah, it was just that: mediocre. The "news" still says "US tour site up!!" Come on, hire ONE person to manage that site for god's sake.
In similar news, since Ellegarden has joined up on SXSW's japan nite tour thing, they instantaneously put up an above-average English version on their website, as well as finding the means to release their last album in the U.S. via a record company not owned or affiliated with an anime distribution operation. The point being, that Ellegarden decided to tackle America, and successfully took the proper steps and approach to it in one fell-swoop. Where as The Pillows have been half-assing it since the beginning of 2005 and still aren't up to speed.

First off, blame Geneon for not promoting the pillows like they should've (and for only releasing Penalty Life). Sawao had no idea what kind of label he was dealing with. If he had known that they'd stab the band in the back he would've either signed some place else or expand the Delicious label to the US and Britain. Also, blame the fact that Geneon released the FLCL OSTs. That's how they tricked the pillows into signing.
Second, I nominate jedi to tell Chie to tell Sawao to update the English site.

I don't think it is that much hard to make the merchandise store worldwide and it would support the band much more than people outside japan buying their cds, as almost all the money goes for the recording company, I think.
