After ROSS I have no idea if he still likes touring here.

Re: pillows videos on Youtube Homage implies some sort of acknowledgment or attribution to the original, such as singing "here comes your man" after using "Here Comes Your Man" as the foundation of your song. I can't know for sure, but I would imagine that this falls under stealing, which of course is not to say plagiarism (which would imply [i]wrongful[/i] stealing). We can't even know that this is purposeful or even knowing - for all we know, someone familiar with the original may just as well have simply suggested to Sawao, "Hey, why don't we do this?"

Re: pillows videos on Youtube Like I said, it's not plagiarism, so there's no need for such an agreement. Just like a fashion style, a music video style isn't intellectual property. It may be copied at will. It's still stealing - it's just acceptable stealing.
