Let me know what you think. I did export another version without the hearts at the very beginning hahahaa, I'm running on a lack of sleep and went rogue there with that graphic insertion, let me know if it's too over the top and we can roll with a version with just the two logos. I would have also put credits at the end but that's too much work.

Shall we say FIN to this? Hamster, if you record even 15 seconds first thing tomorrow I'll throw it in before I export a final final, but I really need to deliver this Thursday US PST time....

Yeahhhhhhhhh, I did not have a happy high school or college sometimes.

Edit: Not trying to be dramatic or vague here, I just don't want to go into a huge thing at this particular moment. I dealt with some pretty strong depression on and off due to various things going on in my life, and music, particularly the pillows' music, was a raft that I clung to in the worst of times and a treasure I took joy in during good times. I never had any problems with self-harm and obviously haven't offed myself, but I don't know who or where I would be, if I would even be here at all, if I didn't have music, and absolutely in particular if I didn't have the pillows' music. I feel a kinship with Sawao through the shared emotions and thoughts he presents in his music, and it helped me to connect with his music and also the many awesome people I've met here and elsewhere as a result.

It was really hard to boil all my feelings for the pillows down into a short video clip, haha.

Double edit: Also, I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one to whom their music is that important.

I think this looks great for the final video Chris, really nice work with it! And Mare, you're definitely not alone in your sentiments. I can't imagine what you went through, and I'm not even going to try to compare it to any experiences I had, but the pillows' music definitely helped me through some tough times in life. I also never would have had that love of music I have now if it wasn't for them. I was always apathetic to music in high school until I heard the pillows and started trying to find similar bands when I realized that was the "sound" I was looking for. Finding this website also led me to discovering new music. I still remember when someone posted Dinosaur Jr's Start Choppin' video in the music forum. That blew me away, and I've seen them four times now. Stuff like that is why I'm very thankful for Sawao and the pillows. i'm really glad we all got to convey at least a little bit of that to them.

Yeah, that's exactly what makes this video such a cool thing to me, both that we get a chance to tell them what they mean to us and also getting to see how the pillows are important to all of us in such interesting and unique ways.

And thanks for your words, I really don't mean to blow it out of proportion or anything, but like everyone, I've had some dark times as well as really good ones.

@Mare- well I am glad you are with us. One can only dream to influence people as the pillows have.
