"Hello, We can never make guarantees. But there should be plenty of time. If time were to run short, we could ship the ticket to your hotel in Japan. But no, you can not pick it up in person.

No I haven't, but the testimonials on the site are pretty reassuring. And it seems they have a customer base on facebook as well. Reading through their process, it seems like a pretty safe bet to go through these guys.
