Re: Who's actually going to buy New Animal? If you bought it from HMV, Tsutaya, or Tower Records, you're supposed to get a buster key-chain.
It's weird. Yesterday HMV was sold out of the LE so I bought from YesAsia. Today they are not sold out at HMV. I don't get the key-chain but I saved $4.

I got that email too, and it says something like if you ordered after the 24th of some month then you don't get the bonus because it was limited edition and they're sold out sorry for the trouble. OR something like that. Mare or someone else could give more details. Did everyone who ordered from HMV get this email? Because I pre-ordered mine when I got the email saying I could. Also, keychain? The website has stickers for New Animal.

Re: Who's actually going to buy New Animal? That's what doesn't make sense to me, I ordered the single and Electric Rays on April 6th and just got that email yesterday. I got a shipping confirmation email today, so hopefully I get whatever the hell they're talking about, if not, oh well

Re: Who's actually going to buy New Animal? Just found the single on Soulseek. I'll put it in my music folder as well as soon as it's done.  EDIT HOLY SHIT! This entire single, is just amazing, phenomenal! It blows the entire Tokyo Bambi single out of the water.  Hearning New Animal in crystalclear quality makes me love it even more. And then Finger Post, oh man, absolutely stellar. I hadn't heard any of the previews or whatnot, so this was totally fresh for me. I had the biggest smile on my face after hearing the first 10 seconds, it just sounded so right! The guitars are just chugging along, and then I love the "FINGER POST FINGER POST FINGER POST OF MAGIC!" part. Even more so though, the guitar solo. Simply superb. I think I might like this song even more than New Animal. Mr. Droopy sounds awesome as well, still love the "BAH-BAH's, even if it's not Jun doing them. Damn, I'm excited for this new album!

Re: Who's actually going to buy New Animal? It'll be interesting to see if they play finger post live. On one hand, it just seems like a fun offshoot thing. On the other, I see a ton of potential for audience participation.
Get most of the audience to go "dah! dah! dah! dah dah!!!" and even the "finger post of finger post of finger post of magic"...they could do it without having the chorus of the other band present. I'd love to see/experience that.
