But Mellie, I think people DO care about those things. Otherwise they wouldn't post about them, would they?

Anyway, I thought the interview was interesting.

Touche' but maybe they shouldn't.

In other words, I'd be damned if I'd waste my time trolling a message board dedicated to a band I no longer liked, or at the very least, I'd get board with it after oh, I don't know, ten minutes maybe? On the other hand, I honestly wouldn't give a shit if people didn't like them or thought they were teh ghey. If I like it, I like it, that doesn't mean anyone else has to.

A friend of mine once said, "I'll listen to what I like and I don't like you." I think that's a very wise decision.

At any rate, I thought the interview was kind of boring simply because it's the same old, same old.

Interviewer: "What work do you like the best?"
Musician: "Defintely our latest, I think it's the best we've ever done."

It's just another way to pimp the latest thing. All muscians, actors, ect... do it. It would have been nice to see Sawao step out side the box a little but I suppose he's gotta do what he's gotta do.

Indeed. However, he's not any where near as gay and/or played out as these lame ass jokes. Just sayin'.

what's played out is using "gay" as a general insult.
BUT THAT'S FOR ANOTHER TOPIC.

the most important thing is:

Exactly! the most important part of the interview and nobody even mentioned it. I, for one, am looking forward to their return in spring.

I for one am extra glad that they plan to come back early in the year rather than during summer, since I can go see them in NYC with Overburn and Lmd that way.

Hell yeah. And I know I am.
I seriously hope the pillows don't choose the Crocodile Cafe again (if indeed they DO come to Seattle).
1) Small venue. It was way crowded out even with the dividing wall removed.
2) Bad luck. Firs time, nearly kicked out with BDMonster because their staff is comprised of douche bags and frigid hipster bitches. Second time, browned out cause I didn't eat much before the show, and the girl in front of me and the people behind me were literally crushing my lungs.

I think Neumo's another (more popular) venue is starting to do more all ages shows. I wish there was some way I could hook the pillows up with a better place than the Crocodile.

Hi all, I wanted to point out the interview but it took uhhh... quite some time to get me approved here.

Anyway, I'm the one that put most of the interview together, and I must say that I completely agree with the wacky English... A Japanese person translated it, and it was a total bitch to change it to somewhat decent English because she wasn't even sure what he meant half of the time, seeing as he was... being confusing. Very sorry about it.

And JaME, the E in it is for Entertainment. It stands for Japanese Music Entertainment...
