Vocal tone aside, I don't like how he basically lazed some of the notes into a near-monotone drawl instead of keeping the original melody intact (or at least MOSTLY intact). It's like DRAWWWWWL MELODY DRAWWWWL MELODY. Not my thing.

The reason why I don't listen to Mr.Children is because of the vocals, but I think they're a pretty cool band musically-wise
