I got jun and shin to sign it after they were done playing and putting stuff away on stage, I got manabe and sawao to sign it when they came out for a smoke before the show.

Man, I remember driving all the way out to NYC only to have them not come out and meet us and having to drive back to Chicago after the show. It was an amazing time with a buncha stories but that bit kinda sucked.

Hopefully that wont happen this time around.

It's been years now since FLCL came out. I have to wonder how many anime fans who didn't become fairly avid fans of the band would be interested.

Well, I guess it's hard to tell. The line's kinda blurred between those who just haven't really much besides their FLCL stuff and those who only have an interest in their FLCL stuff.

:P Point is. Reminder stands because it's six weeks before the concert, news is spreading, and they've usually sold all the shows out, haven't they?

Considering that the rest of their discography is inferior (although still good, of course), it is easy to see how there could be an entire legion of pillows fans who only like LB, RH, and HB.

when i posted on facebook about the pillows shows, all my friends just said "flcl??" so i think that yes.. people into flcl back then are still just into flcl now.. 0_o not that hard to believe. i guess it's cool that we can expect to hear hybrid rainbow, blues drive monster, last dinosaur ride on shooting star etcetcetc. they're not bad at all. golden greats.

Even though the FLCL music is composed almost entirely of stuff from the Holy Trinity, there's still plenty more I want to hear on this tour. I'm hoping the Facebook reminds the band they have some real fans here that love ALL their music.

Haha, they know. Everytime they come here they sign at least a couple of copies of White Incarnation or Kool Spice.

Not sure if I'm gonna bother with trying to catch them. Maybe I should bring my copy of Pantomime ;(
