What's a "clearfile?" Is there any way to get it without a proxy? (As Amazon JP wouldn't ship the DLX version overseas? I forget if CDJP did.
A clear file is a folder for storing papers or your homework. CDJapan has it. I suggest ordering it from them before it sells out. http://www.cdjapan.co.jp/product/QECD-9 ... 80924732e7I canceled my Amazon order and purchased the Buster Shop limited t-shirt one.

Re: [2018.09.19] REBROADCAST (New Album)
Anyone used "Airmail" shipping method before. I'm wary of no tracking, but it's the only method that's comparable with the pricing of amazon with shipping. Debating on switching to CDJP

Re: [2018.09.19] REBROADCAST (New Album)
I’ve used airmail before. Have never had any problems, but it usually takes a week or two to arrive. If you don’t want to wait that long, I don’t recommend it. @Bebop, the Buster Shop version with t-shirt is made to order for a limited time (until 8/31), so if you got your order in, you should be good! Slightly bummed that there isn’t a lottery to attend a special event this time. I could attend some cool events for the past two albums because of those. Oh well, still super hyped for the album.

If you don’t want to wait that long, I don’t recommend it.
I don't know about other countries but in the past year or so I've been getting my Airmail Small Packet parcels to Australia within a week without fail. Back in 2016 they would take two weeks to arrive without fail. So yeah, I don't know if you want to wait that long (personally, I get a little anxious after the first week). Frankly, I think Amazon is better because their price is the same or cheaper than Airmail and they ship express courier with a 3-6 day delivery estimate for US. However, Amazon won't ship the clear file bonus item internationally, so if you want that, you gotta go with CD Japan.
I've found that Airmail Small Packet is incredibly reliable for an untracked service; 100% success rate for me with many parcels sent; they take your signature when they deliver the parcel or when you pick it up, so I hope that's actually used as proof if a parcel doesn't arrive (I don't know if the sender actually has access to that information). I often use Airmail Small Packet because they only take a few days longer than EMS at a significantly cheaper price (EMS takes a whole week, DHL is generally the best at 2-3 days). So EMS is only for parcels that I want NOW NOW NOW (like these new Pillows CDs).

I personally don't even like the album cover enough to have a folder of it, but I guess for the same price, might as well get the bonus...

(Haven't had a chance to post about this here yet, but...)
Ningendomo and Mabushii yami no melody both debuted on the radio. I'm really enjoying both songs a lot.

Re: [2018.09.19] REBROADCAST (New Album)
Really hope the album clocks in at more than 31 minutes this time. Nook was tite but after so many 40+ minute albums it did feel a little skimpy by Pillows standards. Also wondering if the band can outdo themselves with another "Advice"-type song. "Locomotion" was solid, "Where Do I Go?" was even better..."Before Going to Bed" will probably be a chill closer but hopefully "Boon Boon Rock" brings it hard. btw they should close more sets with "Where Do I Go?" cuz it's killer but I feel like it's gonna be one of those tracks that they just don't play after the album tour.

not surprised that this album sounds like its gonna rule given Sawao's "strong feelings" regarding _______. just wondering how awesome it's gonna be; best album since HB? on par with the holy trinity? cant wait to gush. hoping for absolutely zero filler and 100% greatest hits worthy tracks.

I'll be pleased if it hangs around My Foot/Wake Up. I'll also be very happy if it's as good as Trial, minus its weaker tracks. I'm not crossing my fingers for anything the quality of Good Dreams or previous.

Re: [2018.09.19] REBROADCAST (New Album)
I'm getting some serious Moondust vibes from what I've heard of these, but not in a bad way so far (to be clear, Moondust didn't leave that much of an impression on me - it was meh to not bad on my scale). Seems like Sawao's playing around with some different approaches here, so I'm excited and hopeful that it'll be fresh in the way Moondust was so not. The ballad-y song (not sure which is which of those two newest we got to hear) I have forgotten entirely, but it could grow on me like how One Flew Under The Cuckoo's Nest did. I really like Rebroadcast and the other newly-glimpsed one, and I especially like Boku No Tomodachi. For that other newest one, with all the little guitar licks: is anyone else getting some major Dawn Speech (is that the one?) vibes off of it? From those riffs sounding like DS's lead line if it were both sped up and broken down, to the backing vocals, to even the very close chord progression, at least during the main parts. Not a bad thing, but between noticing that and noticing how on Stroll And Roll both Radiotelegraphy and I Riot had some nearly-identical parts (I Riot's whole guitar riff sounds like Radiotelegraphy's pre-chorus buildup riff - wouldn't surprise me at all if they were fiddling with RT and jammed something out and came up with I Riot that way or something), I wonder if Sawao's ridiculous songwriting frenzy all these years might be showing signs of running out of steam? He's been rocking for over thirty years and been damn prolific.
