edit: Judging by [url=http://www.beatmania.net/artist-om/vos27.htm]this page[/url] it looks like it probably is from VOS 27, since the video says STREET FOCUS at the beginning.

Yeah, it was one of the VOS performances that I was thinking about. I'm pretty sure the Revival one is something that we have never seen before. Here are some crappy, ghettostyle screencaps to help clear up any confusion (Shinichirou's sunglasses come and go throughout the video for some strange reason).
