I'll agree to an extent, that I think they are the best they did pre PML, but the other albums are really strong on their own too. 90's My Life is excellent, and even better returning, moon gold and white incarnation are both extremely strong, and kool spice is great. etc.

I think those albums are my favorite type of style from The Pillows but it's still very close between that style and the style of PML or Little Busters (maybe even happy bivouac).
