As bad as you might think Beverly Hills is, We Are All On Drugs is mind-numbingly awful.

I was annoyed by the constant twitching. I liked the song. Up until the solo. That's all I have to say really.

The song is good, but in the video for some reason it seems there has been too much editing done. The latest and highest quality sound clip sounds better because it doesn't have so much volume cut on either manabe or sawao. It's pretty bad. Hopefully it's not like that on the album.

So far I really like the song, but the PV is kinda meh. Nonfiction's was way better.

I liked both. Song and video. Maybe the intro could be different. Manabe repeats that riff too much during the song. Yeah, Sawao's face into the statue's face was cool. But I hope the album's songs consist in something more than these lots of power chords. They're kindda going deep into it, what makes, the older albums more interesting when talking about variety and Pillows own style...
Yet, they're still rocking really nice. The next concerts might be really cool just as always, or better.

I was really expecting the whole song to sound more like the sound clip, cause that sounded like the beginning of the song. But when I first started watching this I was like "what the hell is this song? This is isn't the clip that I heard on the site". And then finally it gets to the part the clip came from, but it still sounds a little different. The whole song is a lot slower and less interesting than the clip made it out to be. Or at least I thought at first listen.
The solo guitar lines at the beginning and throughout it are very erie... like depressingly cool. I really like the way the guitars sound, even though the song itself feels empty. However, it does sound like the sound on this PV is just screwed up, like it's in mono and not stereo. Because I can not believe that Manabe would play so plainly like he does here. It's just not his style, and it never has been. So yeah, hopefully this is just a shitty sound version of the PV... even though the video looks flawless, lol.
Other than the actual song, the video rules. Beats Non-Fiction, even though that wasnt that bad either. Sato and Manabe do look exactlly the same with those goofy ass faces the entire time, but I REALLY like how Sawao looks and acts in this. It's kinda silly, but I think the shirt he's wearing is a throw back to how he used to dress in the late 90's/early 00's, like Smile-era. And yeah, the "sawao's face on the statue" is really awesome.
So in conclusion, I think/hope this song is going to sound better on the actual CD. It also sounds like something that no one is really ready for yet, music wise that is. I really applaud The Pillows for changing up their style on every new album, or at least altering it just enough to make it fresh. Between this and Non-Fiction, I really have no idea how the rest of the album is going to sound like; because they are almost polar-opposites, The Third Eye being very erie/sad/meloncholy and then Non-Fiction being very hokey/fun/with semi-good hooks. Who knows.

I'm really enjoying the the song, and the pv is pretty darn sweet. I like it more then the Non-Fiction one, though Non-Fiction's has grown on me quite a bit through repeated watching. While the songs are quite different, they do sound to me like they are off of the same album, like they've got a certain feel - makes me really excited for the actual album.
That reminds me, I had better get that postcard all filled out and ready for when the single comes, assuming it comes before the deadline...
And I detest We Are All On Drugs, what a crap song.

If it doesn't sound better on the CD, more like the sound clip and less like in the video, then I'm going to kill the pillows or just not listen to them anymore.
It feels like theres an entire important channel missing.

I'm expecting this pv to be on google video.
Only because my stupid computer can't play the video because it has some kind of codec that I don't have...or something like that.
