I was just thinking that if you romanize japanese, when they go to translate it neko dokuro wouldn't go back right.

it's two words... =/ Neko=cat (or cats since theres no plural in Japanese) then Dokuro=skull. Even if your thinking of a different placing of the words.. it's still two words: Cat Skull, Skull of Cat
