I just fail to see what's so bad about comments like that. There's no harm in saying "the album should've had that track... then it would've been awesome!" Seeing as we haven't had any new shit in a while, that type of conjecture is pretty standard, I'd say. This is what happens when we get bored... we talk about shit, and say stuff that is probably ridiculous, but you know, whatever.

It's not like we had a serious conversation or debate going on... lighthearted was the atmosphere, take as a grain of salt at best. The internet isn't serious business unless you let it be.

I'm indifferent to this album, it seemed to be a fairly safe play. I agree about some things and disagree with others (mostly GR's thoughts, lol, Last Holiday is my least favorite), but I'm not moved enough to really want to break anything down. I'm big on Pied Piper, New Animal, Purple Apple and Poison Rock'n'Roll, with everything else at either good or luke-warm. Ultimately, we're all still waiting for the next big one. I liked Wake Up! as it had more sadder fare than usual, I found that to be pretty cool of them to create. This one is middling, like Good Dreams or Runners High.

I'm glad I bought the album and the single. The DVD's are AWESOME to have. Not so much Electric Rays, though. I mean, SERIOUSLY, any fucknut bar band could play Voice and IMPROVE IT by singing it in clear english, cutting down chorus repetition, and lengthening the solo. Maybe that applies for more songs than Voice? Wanting more from the pillows is always a valid topic of conversation.
