would that be cheaper- to goto some Japanese electronic store and get one of their region players like that?

and ripping it is a good way to watch these kinds of dvds without region-code problems. and they fit on the computer for quick access too. =D
Well, my family and i are moving to japan for about 4 years, so were getting a region DVD player no matter what, but i was just wondering if seeing their performances is worth buying the DVDs, not the player itself

Got the DVD today. It's a real awesome show, and all the songs really do sound great, especially the ones that I'd never heard live before.

I really wish they had included another instructional video though, like from Busters on the Planet. "You Can Master Swanky Street" would have been very cool.

Yes, this DVD is greatness. I really liked that little intro song/thing they do, at first I thought it was an unreleased new song and was shitting myself, haha. And then going into 'Please Mr.Lostman' for an opening, and the color shift... wow. And I really liked the variety this time around, Happy Bivuoac, Pari no josei Marie, No Self Control, PATRICIA... really cool. The mix sounds great, except I kept thinking maybe Manabe's guitar was too loud compared to Sawao's; then I realize "well, I could listen to Manabe's face-melting guitar parts by themself and be overjoyed".
The little buster cut scenes are a little distracting at first, but only compared to other conventional concert DVDs. Althogether though, the whole thing plays more like a movie than a concert, so it works out I suppose. I am pissed about the lack of extra materials, they couldve at least put some photos or a 15th anniversary discography/whatever feature; that would make this cooler. Still worth buying though.

Pee's always louder than Sawao, isn't he? He is the lead guitarist after all.

I also thought the sound quality was great. Better than Busters on the Planet at least.

Yeah. That and Suzuki simplified (read: dulled down) the song to the point of completley ruining it for me

ONE LIFE sounded amazing. Especially the ending.
I love it when they extend the opening/ending of songs. That's what makes live performance special and unique.

It hasn't been ripped, yet. Jomei.

What the heck is up with this, anyway? The few times we don't get rips shortly before new things are even released, they're usually uploaded the day after. Are you guys telling me that I actually have to buy something? You bastards.

I'll buy the DVD once I figure out how to play region 2 DVDs on our player and make lots of money without leaving the house.

I've already ripped and converted the audio to AAC. I'm tmimp on SoulSeek, so feel free to get them from me if you can stand the slow 56k upload speeds. I won't even bother ripping the video.
