Post Re: Guide to the 2-item campaign (STROLL AND ROLL BAND+NOOK)
Awesome! So, we have proof that they do indeed still include international addresses in these lotteries! I'm really happy for you! :shred:

As for me... I think I wasn't one of the lucky 500. It has been over a week since people have started reporting getting the towels, and still nothing. Oh well. I've been super lucky this year and won those autographed coasters, so I certainly can't complain.

Thanks! And yea, can't complain with the coasters, that sounds awesome too. Have you heard about any other international fans winning? I'm curious to know if this is really rare and how many people may have actually entered. Either way, I hope the band keeps doing stuff like this, and seeing that I live in the US, perhaps this will give them even more incentive to come here next year...?

Nope, you're the only international fan that I've seen reporting in on winning one. I saw a couple people sell their towels on a Japanese market site. They both listed them for around 3,000 yen each and they both sold instantly, so they probably could have gotten a lot more for them. Since it's limited to 500 winners, I'd say that it's a reasonably rare item, and you're gonna be one of the only people outside Japan that gets one.

I did change my address earlier this year, so the address that I wrote on the postcard is different from where I'm living now. But I submitted the address forwarding service that sends all my mail sent to the old address to the new one. So, I have been holding on to a bit of hope that it may be taking a bit longer because of the change of address. But I'm not so sure at this point. Unless they're shipping them out in batches or something, I think it's a pretty safe bet that I didn't win.

Awesome! So, I think everyone who posted about entering the lottery has received the towel, right? Pretty sweet. :shred:

As for me, I received another forwarded piece of mail from my old address today. The sticker said that it was forwarded in May, so maybe in a few months the towel will suddenly show up. :dizzy:

I sent mine off last night. Will this be the one that breaks my campaign lottery losing streak? Yes, I can feel it. :shred:

Holy shit, I finally won one of these. Received it today. This breaks my 10+ year campaign lottery losing streak.

Hey folks (if anyone still reads this).

The most recent lottery, for the LIFE IS ONLY ONCE DVD & blu-ray, is for a chance to win a rubber 30th anniversary coaster. 500 winners.
Just a single postcard. Basically the same procedure as what’s written on the top post of this thread.
If you’re mailing from within Japan, be aware of the tax increase. If postmarked past Oct.1st, the postage is 63¥ instead of 62¥. Would suck to have your entry sent back for the 1¥ difference.
Postmark deadline is Oct.17th.
