Re: Wake Up Stand Up and Go
i accept any of the proposes. but i think 700 mb for a 2 hour video would be a little too much of quality loss. audio and graphics. it would be awesome to have the dvd image so i would burn it to a dvd and watch it on tv. pretty cool. but 1400 mb would be great too!

Re: Wake Up Stand Up and Go
Hm. My computer seems to not like my DVD for some reason. This is the second time I left it here for a while and it freezes at 90% completion or so (tried once with Handbrake and another time with CloneDVD). I might give it a go on a work computer next time I'm there. A DVD image might be easier to get done now since there's no encoding nonsense going on. I'll see what I can do. Edit: WTF. My computer hates me. I think I have to try this on XP.

Re: Wake Up Stand Up and Go
woah, you're having a lot of work on it. i'm sorry if i'm being part of the source of all this. also, how would you upload the image file? i believe soulseek can't transfer files bigger than 2gb.
i know this japanese site that can handle 2gb. you could split in 2 or 3 parts and do it.
http://www.upken.jp/up3/ just choose a password and type it aside from "ダウンロード用パスワード" (the second slot). the third one can be blank, i don't know what it is. then when the upload is done you give us the link and password. as it's a japanese site i believe it's bandwidth is really fast, since they have much more access to real fast connections.

Re: Wake Up Stand Up and Go
Cool, I'll use that once I have a working rip of it. At this point it's just kind of pissing me off that it won't work so I want to prove this damn disc wrong. It's mocking me.

Re: Wake Up Stand Up and Go
Sonic: google magic dvd ripper. it;s the program I use. It's awesome for avi's and it doesn't take that long to rip. I mean if nothing else works. Also, thanks for taking the time to do this man.

Re: Wake Up Stand Up and Go
Uploading to FileDropper right now, hopefully it should work. I'll edit it in here.
Edit: Filedropper is being wonky. I'm trying that Japanese site. There's no progress bar so I'm not sure how fast it's uploading, lol. I'm on megafast campus internet but places like Megaupload topped out at 150kbps up =\

Re: Wake Up Stand Up and Go
No luck with an ISO thus far, but I did successfully get it into a 1400mb h.264 mp4. Split into three RAR files, get all three and extract, you know the drill. Part 1 Part 2 Part 3 It's cool to post it elsewhere as long as I get some sort of credit or whatever.

Re: Wake Up Stand Up and Go
I can't play those at all. In fact, I can't even unzip them because the files are corrupted. I tried tp unzip the first one and I got an error message telling me I needed pt 2, so I tried to unzip pt 2, and got the same message telling me I needed pt 3, well pt 3 wouldn't unzip at all. T_____________________T Thanks though sonic. Maybe someone will come through with an avi that i can get from slsk.

Re: Wake Up Stand Up and Go
^You need winrar.
Just place the .rar files at the same folder then right click and Extract Here (with winrar). It's free to download.

Damnit. My downloads keep freezing about halfway through... I'm getting angry.

Re: Wake Up Stand Up and Go
Everything worked perfectly here. I wish I could take the day off just to watch this video. It's just... beautiful. God bless you yeah, sonic.
