My uncle Paul used to live in Gary.
Yeah, Paulie...
"HEY MAN, CHECK THESE OUT! These are powerful magnets, you can get them apart with a scwoodriver, alright? Don't leave them in the back of the truck, alright? People could steal 'em, you know? It happens around here, (Allentown area) you'd be surprised. You need any scwoodrivers? Any of your buds need any engine paint? I got five bottles, go on and take what you need, man."
I'm hoping for Philly or Pittsburgh, Buffalo and D.C. would be good choices too. It'll likely be in NYC again, though. I'm really hoping they don't keep grooving into the same locations though, the south got no love what-so-ever last year.

It took me about 5 hours to get to Chicago from here to see them last year.

Wow, that's a really long drive. You must be from the northern part of Michigan, because my uncle, who lives near Lansing, is usually down here in about three hours. I hope you did more than just see the pillows, because ten hours in a car can be ...boring.
But the for before was for being inable to see them come over for both concerts, especially since I'm so damned close to Chicago. When they went to ACEN, my sister had college graduation the SAME DAY. (Siblings... ) And I don't remember exactly what happened last year. I probably had a family reunion or something to go to. (Family... )

Buffalo would be great. it's a 50 minute drive from my house, instead of the 6 hour drive to NYC.

It'd be nice if they could play Webster Hall in NYC. Considering there are 10+ million people in the Big Apple, then they surely would be able to sell out the venue.

It was 5 hours because when we got to Chicago on the freeway, it was 5 or 6 pm with construction. It would've been a 4 hour trip. Me and my friends were gonna look around before the show, but the traffic jam prevented us from that. And some of us had to work the next day, so we didn't do anything afterwards.

if they come anywhere in cali I'll be there. slim's last year was a good venue, i wanted to go to the whisky one too, but my bro couldn't make the trip so we had to settle for the sf show only. I probably wouldn't want them to play any venue bigger than slims or the whiskey. we were literally like 5 ft away from jun and sawao (well, most of the time).
Hopefully they keep the shows all ages like last year. I will personally hunt down that ROSS guy if they change it to 21+ like the first time they came.

Keep in mind that it's generally the decision of the venue, not the band, whether the show is all ages or not. Everyone knows you can make a lot of money by selling drinks at a 21+ show, so yeah. Just hope they're smart about it and they realize that the pillows generally attract sub-21-year-old fans.
