well, it is about time. yay.
I agree!
There is a three day break between the Seatle and San Francisco shows. I wonder if they'll fill any of those dates or take that time off. I'm also wondering is if this is the final line up of dates or will they add to this at all. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

It's about frickin' time that they give some official word on the US tour.
I just hope that they regularly update that page so I can stop searchin' Google.

I listened to a bit of Daddy on their website. They sound pretty cool; but not sure if they're appropriate for a Pillows show. Download "Anitcar" to hear some of their loud sound.
As for Male Room, they didn't have any music up; but I looked at their photo gallery. I can't tell if they're gay (not that there's anything wrong with that) or just plain weird. Maybe their a two-person Orgy or some weird techno Daft Punk from Hell.
Download the DBS poster and look at the websites. Maybe we can figure these two bands out.

I wouldn't be too sure about that. The show in Seattle has already sold out, so I wouldn't be surprised if the NY shows sell out as well. Especially Knitting Factory, since it's an all-ages show. There isn't any way you can buy a ticket from the site?

You could have someone buy you one. I would glady do this, but I don't yet have a way of getting there yet. Plus my other ticket is now an extra.

There is no god.
God, that thread makes me ill. I was pretty interested in going to the convention but now it's really starting to set in that all those kids that were raving for L'arc en Ciel, Psycho le Cemu, Dir en Grey, etc at other conventions... are all now suddenly "huge Pillows fans". I mean, if you've ever been to an anime convention then you're probably vomiting in your brain right now thinking of this fact too; and if you're not, then you're probably one of these kids in question.
There's nothing I hate more than people that have no "concert intelligence". Like when you have all these kids that have never been to a real show in their life, and their only preconception of a show is what they've seen in movies and tv. Of course added on top of that is the immature, selfish and rude emotional drive to get as close as they can to the stage, scream alot, hit other people and not care about anything else besides their prime objective (this also means that they don't even listen to the music, rather they listen for the end of songs, because thats when they know they're supposed to scream a lot more than they have been during the rest of the performance). Not to mention you add another layer of annoyance that is evident in the anime fanboy/girl community.
*note: I speak from past experience as an avid show goer, and am not pointing fingers at anyone here or in particular
I'm very excited that the first NY show is 21+, it's like a sigh of relief. At least I'll have one night to enjoy The Pillows with a crowd that more closely resembles a civilized species.
