It depends on what you consider to be "good".
Like some guitarists out there are considered good because they can pick and shred as fast as hell...Or there's other guitarists that are good simply because they're musical geniuses.
Like Sclone said, He has lots of melodic ideas, which makes up for the fact that he can't shred or anything like that.
It's a matter of musical talent to me, not technicality...So I would rate him a 7-8 ish.

There's a lot of harmony too, of course not as much as in a piano.
On technical aspects, I'd say he's normal. He has more creativity. I'd give him a 7.

I'd say about an 8. He one talented mofo; but not as talented as say Joe Perry or Keith Richards.
