the only song ive ever really not liked is bad dreams, i just thought that all the random noises really shot down the song, i would love it probably if they made all those noises with thier guitars or something like that

Everyday Songs is one of my top 5 pillows songs. Period. The bass is perfect and it really plays to Sawao's voice. When it goes back to the verse at the very end, right before the last line... magic. That was one of the first songs where I noticed the depth of Sawao's songwriting. (Smile was the first pillows album I ever bought.) I even told him that I loved that song (and Over Amp) when I met him in LA. He seemed very appreciative.

GOLDENRHINO MUST DIE. Dear My First Step is one of, if not THE best songs on Moon Gold. Probably the best freakin' pre-chorus of all their early works, maybe anything.
I'm sure he meant to say Bad Dreams instead.
