Side note - the Best Buy I used to work at had the extended edition of Return of the King in the back of the store, big standups and all, three and a half weeks before release. It mocked me each time I had to go in back. (And continued to mock me after I saw it because it totally wasn't worth the wait).
I can't wait for the DVD and the Nine Miles album. I'm really excited. I'm having them shipped to work so I'll get them in the middle of my boring shift in a school lab, I'm going to immediately rip them to the PC here. Hopefully I'll remember to bring my good headphones that day.

Guys, Across the Metropolis was excellent. The whole song is great, I think it was my favorite song from the single.
To me it was: Across the Metropolis >>>>>tokyo bambi >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Go! Go! Jupiter

Questions:
Why was Across the Metropolis so muffled?
Why was Go! Go! Jupiter's solo so muted?
Why did Manabe/Sawao think the extra electronic elements in Tokyo Bambi (esp. during the solo) were a good idea?

You have the single already? I'm totally looking forward to Across the Metropolis. Upon hearing the short sample clip, I knew I would love the song. It's one of those downbeat but at the same time upbeat songs that I love, such as Funny Bunny.

Well Tokyo Bambi defintiely sounds a lot better with this improved quality. And GR, I know what you mean with the electronic stuff in the solo, that was unneccessary. So was the stuff following Jupiter's solo. Both just seemed totally unnecessary. Across the Metropolis sounds pretty decent. I like it better than the song Tokyo Bambi, and I love the "nothing's gonna change your world" line.

Just to mix things up, Tokyo Bambi is ready but Nine Miles is on order. Estimated Feb 3rd, that's no biggie. Lol supplies.

I got an email on Nine Miles too, twenty minutes after getting the "order shipped" email, so we'll see how that works out. If it's delayed, I'll just get my stuff a little late, but at least I'm still getting the limited edition single. :3

I love the options they give me. Either wait for them to get all of it at once, or they'll ship me the 1 of the 3 that is in stock (the single), and then charge me again for shipping when they send out the final two whenever they get them. Sort of seems like in this case they should eat the shipping costs for sending them separately, considering I preordered the stuff and they can't follow through.
They said they expect to get more of the DVD and the Nine Miles album coming in tomorrow so I'm just going to choose the wait till they get it all option, but still, grr.
