Basically, Sawao brought a mechanical bull into the studio and recorded him farting while riding it. Apparently he was able to hold on for almost two minutes, which is how long the song ended up being. They also mentioned something about Manabe doing a dub remix with bong hits in the background.

But in seriousness, I'll approach this pillows single as I do with all of their recent singles: with cautious optimism. Typically the pillows still manage a catchy single even if the album is a big bore.

It seems more likely that it'll be the typical rock single, with the lyrics centered around a character or relationship etc. It is neat that they would pay homage to that with some recent content though. Has the other w/Ben Kweller song turned up yet?
