When did you get that email? I haven't gotten one, so either they just haven't sent me one yet, or they just didn't get a certain amount in and some people's orders are delayed.

I ordered from hmv, haven't gotten any such email.
Getting Nine Miles cd, too. 
Is there any kind of bonus mail-in thing if you buy Tokyo Bambi, Nine Miles CD and Wake Up Tour DVD? I guess we'll find out.

Yeah, I got this message too. Now it says that it'll ship on ther 30th of this month. That's not really as big deal for me, though, as long as I do eventually get the CD and DVD. I mean, I want that bonus, too. I could just order these from another site, but that bonus only seems to work from HMV.

I don't know about HMV Japan specifically, but a lot of online stores ship stuff a few days early in order to get the items to the buyer on or at least close to the release date.
I've yet to get an email from them.

Yep, and same here.
Stores generally get the CDs shipped to them a little early so that they have them for sale on the actual release date. Some put them on the shelves the day before, some ship orders out a little early.
