well he has to have some distortion, and the blues driver is what defines the tone more or less. Plus, he's not using his own amp - I don't know anything about the amp he uses, but it might have something to do with it.

Blues Driver is the choice of champions. Mega distortion pedals are good too; I thought about getting one instead of my Big Muff. Might still get one to diversify my range of tones... later on.

 hmm...i had always wondered if sawao's cyclone was either stock or mod-ed. it was hard for me to tell if that was a humbucker at the bridge because of the tortoise shell pickguard. but looking closer at the picture that thrice was refering to about the distortion pedal, it is a humbucker. whatevers tho...
thanks for the further information, wired. fucking sucks that we can't actually go anymore.
btw, anybody who is going to the LA or the SF shows, please pickup all the pillows and noodles murchandise for me.. i will pay you in full. i want ALL the stuff they are selling. the tshirts and the cds, as well as the buster-kun key chain. i know kudos said he would buy them for me, but for economical reasons, it would be better if someone in california got them for me. better for the both of us!
my shirt size is Large. XL is fine also, if they have them. if you can only get Medium, then just get them anyway. i am going to they gym now so maybe i will be able to wear them once i kill my fat-ass self.
