That guitar is a knock-off brand, I'm not familiar with that font never seen it before, I don't think its an ESP brand. Maybe greco or some other lawsuit guitar brand.

Now that I see the theme for the PV, especially how they're watching all these movies...could "Monochrome Lovers" be a vague Engrish nod to the movies referenced in the song? I never really understood that title, but this makes it make a little more sense.
