Updated and cleaned up the main post.

The general public ticket lottery is currently live and I highly recommend trying to get tickets from it.

I entered 4 of the lotteries with the help of a friend. I'm under the impression that if I win a lottery, it will automatically charge my credit card and purchase the tickets, is that true? So if I'm really lucky (or in this case unlucky) I win all 4 lotteries and have to figure out a way to resell the extras. If that's the case, does anyone know how concert venues work in Japan and if the tickets are tied to an individual (like you have to show matching ID to enter the venue)?

Yes, if you win a lottery, you will be charged when the result it announced. Sometimes the name of the ticket purchaser is printed on the ticket, but it rarely matters. From my experience, they usually only check ID at small venues. I doubt that they will at Yokohama Arena.
If you end up having extra tickets that you need to sell, perhaps members of this forum or the Discord would be interested. Pretty sure that there are still a few people who are interested in going but haven’t tried to get tickets yet.

I would definitely buy a ticket or two if you win more than one lottery.

Well I have 4 extra tickets (center standing), so if anyone's interested then contact me. They charged me $65 per ticket (I'm guessing there were some fees involved). We'd have to organize how to get you the ticket since they're being delivered to my friend in Osaka. I plan on visiting him the weekend before (Oct 11) to pick up the tickets and I plan on staying in Tokyo in the days immediately before the concert. Also, if you're worried about them checking IDs we can certainly meet and line up together on the day of the concert. General sales start July 28th so if you want to first wait to see if you can get your own tickets I totally understand.

I saw them twice on their first and second tours in NYC many years ago, so I'm excited to hear them on their home turf! :shred: I think I need to catch up on their latest albums though since I haven't really listened to them in a while. :groovin:

General ticket sales start today and they have opened a convenient English language site for foreigners.
Standing tickets probably won’t last long. Get ‘em!

Haven’t stayed on top of this post so much as most member activity has moved to the discord server, but for anyone lurkin’ about...

Both “center standing” and “reserved seat” tickets have sold out.
Now, they have started selling second floor standing tickets.

If you want to go and still don’t have a ticket, hup to it. This might be a total sell-out.

I was at the show but by the time I got to the merch only bags, pens, and cups were left. Any tips for finding t-shirts from the show? I’d also buy from someone here who has extras. I’m in the US. Thanks!

They might start selling them on the Buster Shop soon. I’ll update you if so.

Thursday was an incredible and surreal day. I felt like I was in a dream. I’ll work on a more proper report, but I was super happy to see a lot of you there. :)
