Pretty minimalist. At FIRST, I had a large image of the Return of the Polar Bear spine card (the bear) on the front. The Manabe yellow/green/red pic was small, on the sleeve (just like the pirouzu shirts). It looks pretty dull in the picture, but I was REALLY REALLY pleased with the transfers. They were great.

I decided that the images were too big, and because it wasn't silk-screen, everything was a bit too vibrant and just "out there". It looked tacky.

And to answer your question, Jedi, the single version of Daydream Wonder sounds exactly alike the album track, but there is a slight difference in track length (2 seconds longer on the single), so I could be wrong. I couldn't find any noticeable differences, though. Also, 'Akanai tobira no mae de' is the same as it was on Kool Spice.
