I looooooooooooove the legacy of kain series. I just finished replaying the first one Blood Omen. It has to be one of the best games evar! The dialouge in it give it this really nice touch. The way he sees being a vampire a "curse" but ends up liking his "curse" at the end of the game. I will be playing soul reaver then the other titles. I have never played Blood Omen 2 or Defiance. So I'll finally finish the story.

the first two words of this thread made me think it was about neil young.

I hated the playability in the Defiance game in a way that I didn't even bother finishing the first level.

How can you confuse them? I like neil young though <.< The album harvest something. My brother owns it. I've heard it a few times. It's pretty good.

I have never played Defiance. I've only played Blood Omen, Soul Reaver, and Soul Reaver 2. Since I can finally play them all. I'm starting from the first till the last. I am enjoying them So far. I'm in Soul Reaver now. I love the intro FMV. "He was mortal once, as were we all. But his contempt for humanity drove him to create me and my brethren"

I mean right away you see how much kain has changed. In the first one you see kain as this noble man looking for a cure to his "vampirism." After the end of the game he realizes that he is like a god. He accepts his gift as a gift lol. When he sees Raziel with wings, he (fears?) That Raziel will evolve more rapidly then himself. So instead of taking chances he ends up killing him. Leaving him as the most strongest of them all.

Raziel doesn't want a cure. He just wants vengeance. He wants to kill kain for betraying him. In the process he also wants to kill his brethren with out showing mercy as they did.

I was playing my psp a couple of days ago and ended up dropping it in my face I had just woken up and was to lazy to do anything, so i grabbed my psp still in bed and began to play it. Then it slipped out of my hand and the battery popped right out. I was like "meh" when I tried to load my file back it I couldn't It said "load failed" I kept trying and trying but no use. I lost my Soul Reaver save file. I will have to look for one that has or is close to the place I was. Sucks!
