I think it was very kind of that dentist to do that. It's kind of endearing to see that he would have such dedication to his family. As to the PS3, I seriously don't understand why Sony would market it at around $500. They could easily sell every unit produced at well over $1000, or maybe even $2000. People are waiting in line in order to buy these machines and sell them on Ebay for $1500-9000. If you are going to limit the quantity, then it would seem stupid not to set the price at equilibrium. I don't understand it...but I know I have to be wrong. There's no way I can compete against billions of dollars of Sony marketing. |

I have yet to see a game that has made me feel the need to upgrade from the ps2. It seems most games are running on graphics or series loyalty these days. I doubt I will be buying this system or the Wii. If I had to get one though, it would be the Wii. Anyone else feel this way? |

Dude.. Twilight Princess looks pretty fucking amazing. A Monkey Ball with the wii controls? Honestly. AND Super Smash Brother Brawl? Dude.. WITH Wi-fi for online play? Is that not just the bee's knees? |

I was talking about games for the ps3, not the Wii. I just said I would take the Wii over the ps3 at the end. This is a ps3 thread afterall 
But I'm sick and tired of getting jumped by Zelda geeks every time I express a shadow of doubt about the Wii or any any Nintendo system. "Haven't you played Ocarina of Time" "but Twilight Princess looks good" Holy shit, what a bandwagon game. It's like Mac users who butt in every chance they get and say "Get a Mac." I love Mac computers and I enjoy Zelda, but damn people. (this was not directed at h2 or anyone on the forum, just a rant) Anyway, back on topic. Are there any PS3 launch titles that I should be willing to spend 560 / 660 dollars on? |

A guy shot a dude for the PS3 around here. Crazy fuck. The insanity has to do with quantity. Only 250,000 PS3s for the end of the year (compared to the 5 million Wiis). I don't think it'll be that crazy for Nintendo since there will be a lot more. |
