 I NEED A NEW COMPUTER If i get a laptop what is the best???
what makes laptops suck more that pc's???

laptops are much much much more expensive, and barely upgradable. Also is unwise to overclock the cpu or gpu on a laptop because they're so small and generate a lot of heat.
generally a slower gpu in them also, due to size constraints.
basically i'm saying don't get a laptop if you aren't really going to take it anywhere/play a lot of new PC games.

laptops: portable, very difficult to upgrade, and very limited upgrade options.
desktops: not portable, easy to upgrade, easy to do maintainance, cheaper to get better parts...etc.

If you are going from point A to point B a lot (i.e. home/college), get the laptop.
99.9% of all PC users will not need the shit that is put into some of these machines. A decent laptop SHOULD have everything you need.
However, if you are hard into movie editing, graphic design, or are a little bitch when it comes to computer gaming, then by all means, get an elite desktop.
