 Guitar Hero I got this game a couple weeks ago and I beat everything on hard (finally!). Has anyone else played it? I think some of the later songs are just as tough as playing the actual song. The guitar controller is cool, too. I cant wait for 2.

I only played it a couple times, but I really didn't like it. It just made me want to actually play the songs, rather than feel confused when the buttons don't line up with the chording and whatnot.

I beat the game completely (five star'ed) all the way up to Hard, and I only have Bark at the Moon and Cowboys from Hell to do on Expert. It's some of the most fun I've had playing a video game period. Definitely can't wait until 2 when I'll be able to have some fun playing rhythm and bass too.

My game was erased weeks into it when I got it so I just went and skipped to Expert. I got 5 stars on all except like 7 songs.
My girlfriend uses me as a guinee pig though, hey hey show them how you can play ____ on expert.
Gahhh. Im not a side show.

i kinda like guitarfreaks better. guitar hero is kinda hard.....

because of a combination of playing ACTUAL shred guitar, and way too much stepmania.. i jumped in playing songs on expert.
i really like this game, but it would be a waste for me to buy it for a day or 2 worth of entertainment.

I agree. GuitarFreaks has 3 frets while Hero has 5, which is much easier. Didn't GuitarFreaks come out before Hero?

not really. there are five buttons. it's fun, but watching somebody play guitar hero doesn't really look that awesome.
