i remember a while back that joyeuse (i think) said that doing some tech stuff you can get your DVD drive to be set on Region 0 (aka region free) anyone know how? or have a step by step guide? |

That's only half the battle of course. If you can flash the firmware so the drive is region 0, then that's one of th emost important steps, but after that Windows itself and some player programs enforce region encoding. It really depends on what media player you use to watch the DVD, IIRC. There are several free media players out there that should be region-free as well; you should try some of those. |
