Smogon University (A school for Pokemon Trainers) A new friend recently informed me about this one forum that created a
battle simulator for Pokemon D/P and it has a team builder function
where you don't have to work to make your Pokemon perfect.
It lets you choose your pokemon, allows you to give them
any stat to an extent of their IV's, Nature, Hidden Power, Item, moveset, etc...
You can create a team of Garchomps with Outrage, Earthquake, etc.. in a matter of seconds.
What the fuck is this? This forum is strange and new so I haven't gotten too deep in it
But it has HARDCORE pokemon lovers who battle eachother through a battle system they created.

Re: Pokemon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum Shoddy Battle is useful for testing out new team ideas and learning the metagame. Smogon is another great tool for learning the game and the most common sets people run, so using them is pretty helpful for somebody who's wanting to learn about competitive Pokemons.
